1 1/2 cups Coleslaw with 3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
and 3 tablespoons Vinegar
1 Whole Wheat Roll
1/2 Tomato, sliced
1 Banana, frozen
Snack
1 cup Skim Milk
2 Cinnamon Raisin English Muffins, toasted |
