Week 2 - Monday

Breakfast
8 ounces Orange Juice
1/2 Cantaloupe
2 Pumpernickel or Whole Wheat Bagels
1 cup Skim Milk

Lunch
2 cups Gumbo
1 Large Tomato and Lettuce Salad
with 2 tablespoons Herb Vinegar or Lemon Juice
8 Melba Toast
1 Large Apple

Supper
2 ounces Barbecued Chicken
1/2 cup Potato Salad
1 Corn-on-the-Cob or 1 cup Corn
1 1/2 cups Coleslaw with 3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
and 3 tablespoons Vinegar
1 Whole Wheat Roll
1/2 Tomato, sliced
1 Banana, frozen

Snack
1 cup Skim Milk
2 Cinnamon Raisin English Muffins, toasted
