Week 2 - Wednesday

Breakfast
4 ounces Orange Juice
Egg and Muffin Sandwich
1 Whole Wheat English Muffin
1 Poached Egg
1 cup Skim Milk

Lunch
2 cups Bean Chili
2 Whole Wheat Rolls with 1 teaspoon Margarine
1 cup seasonal Fruit Salad

Supper
1 cup Shrimp Creole
1 cup Brown Rice
1 cup Yellow Squash
2 Whole Wheat Rolls
1 cup Citrus Spinach Salad
with 1 tablespoon Ranch or French Dressing

Snack
1 cup Skim Milk
1/2 cup Frozen Strawberris
1 Banana
2 Graham Cracker Squares
