1 cup Skim Milk

Supper

1 1/2 cups Steamed Rice
2 cups Oriental Chicken and Stir-Fried Vegetables
2 Fortune Cookies
1 cup Seasonal Fruit Salad

Snack
2 cups Bran Cereal
