Lunch

1 Large Tomato and Lettuce Salad (2 Vegetable)
with 2 tablespoons Ranch Dressing (2 Fat)
1 Medium Baked Potato (2 Bread)
with 2 teaspoons Margarine

8 Whole Wheat Crackers or Melba Toast (2 Bread)
