Week 2 - Tuesday

Breakfast
1/2 Grapefruit
3 Oat Bran Muffins
1 cup Skim Milk

Lunch
1 cup Lentil Soup
Turkey Sandwich
2 Whole Wheat Bread Slices
3 ounces Turkey
2 teaspoons Mayonnaise and Lettuce and Tomato
1 Large Pear
1 cup Skim Milk

Supper
Shishkabob
1 cup Brown or Wild Rice
seasoned with 1/2 cup Mushrooms and Onions
2 Whole Wheat Rolls
1 large tomato and lettuce salad with 2 tablespoons
Ranch or Buttermilk Dressing
1 cup Pineapple, fresh or unsweetened

Snack
1 Snack Box Raisins
1 cup Cereal Mix of Shredded Wheat,
Wheat Chex, Bran Chex, Rice Chex, Corn Chex
